This are the slides I’ve thrown together for a quick talk on some experiences I’ve have using exit surveys on design projects.
The main points I want to touch on in the talk are:

- When is a good time to use one?
- What what kind of things can I learn / gain?
- How can I set one up?
- What tools exist out there to run exit surveys?
I’d also love to hear what experiences you may have had with using this research method. I’ve only been using exit surveys for a couple of months, so it would be great to learn about any pitfalls you may have experienced that I may encounter in the future, identify questions I’m missing out on, or data that you believe may be misleading.
